This is a lovely site, close to Dawlish. The beautiful black swans
are a must see!. We have full use of site amenities. There is a leisure
complex with swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym for use at
a small fee. On site licensed restaurant.

Programme: We will leave your days free to explore.
Planned events are a Cream Tea one evening,
and a Pasty & Cider evening on one other.

Route: Exit M5 junction 30 and take the A379 to Dawlish.
Turn off at the first signpost for Dawlish Warren.
There is only one main road, and the site is on the right.
Look out for Centre signs.
